Aly is a hybrid trolley-walker that integrates the functions of a walking aid and a trolley after observing that some individuals use trolleys like mobility aids. Aly was designed with the elderly in mind, appealing to everyone as a better trolley. The aim was to normalize its use across different age groups, promoting equality, reducing the stigma associated with aging, and empowering the elderly, thereby encouraging the adoption of mobility support.
