TISDC Overseas Tour – March & April

TISDC Project Director Apex Lin is currently on overseas tour in China. He promoted the competition in the number of Chinese universities such as China Academy of Art, Culture Development Institute, Fuzhou University, Xiamen University, Macao Polytechnic Institute, Shantou University and Shenzhen University etc. Furthermore, prof.
