Multimedia Nusantara University
Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) was established on 25 November 2005 by Multimedia Nusantara Foundation, owned by Kompas Gramedia, a reputable business group who engage in mass media, publishing, printing, bookstores, hotels and education services. Visual Communication Design (DKV) is a program offered in the Faculty of Art & Design (FSD) that concentrated on two specialisation major: Visual Brand Design and Interaction Design. Nationally accredited as one of the best universities with Visual Communication Design in Indonesia, the DKV program has the largest student body in UMN with more than 1.500 active students. DKV program has fostered collaborations with the national and international association and universities. To date, the program has registered and actively participated as a member of Cumulus, Ico-D, and Asia Digital Art and Design Association (ADADA). Enhancing the learning experience and promoting integrated learning, DKV program has been actively held various student events and exhibitions, including Kurawal, Imago, Ultigraph, Galeri, and Masterpiece.
