Inspiration Design International School
IDIS is an international design school established in 1989 with the purpose of providing design education and core skills for those who wish to practise fashion, graphic and interior design disciplines as trained individuals. We provide two pathways for students: career and academic advancements. Our current course offerings under School of Environmental Design (SOED) includes Interior Design courses offered at two different levels to suit various needs – Certificate and Advanced Diploma. We also conduct professional skills development and corporate training for industry members. Apart from these courses, we will be launching new Advanced Diploma courses in the areas of Product and Spatial Design (PSD), Interior Decoration and Project Management (IDPM). What sets IDIS apart is that we are constantly striving to improve ourselves in tandem with the needs of both the local and global industries. This includes collaborating with the industries to know the latest outlooks and providing courses to hone each individual’s academic knowledge and skills to embark on their new career in the various design disciplines. We work with various partners to provide Student Internship Program (SIP) for our final semester students. The school has been holding Overseas Education Program (OEP) since 1996 to various countries such as Australia, the United Kingdom and China to expose our students to international disciplines and providing our students with an avenue to work overseas in the future. Upon completing their course of study, students and their loved ones will be invited to join a convocation to celebrate their academic success as well as thank our industry partners for their support. They have went on to further their studies in various universities across the globe.
