2022TISDC Winners’ Sharing Session Ended in Complete Success

The 2022 Taiwan International Students Design Competition (TISDC) was hosted by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by the iSee Taiwan Foundation and Sayling Wen Foundation. The 2022 TISDC held a winner reunion together with the Taiwan Design Alliance (TdA) at Songyan Creative Hub on September 4^th. There are 10 TISDC winners and 11 professionals from design industry joining the event, including Tom Chen, Director of Black Tailors, Lance Han, Director of Dot Design, Jimmy Chang, Chairman of Chinese Industrial Designers Association, Yu Jui Chou, Director of KEV Design Studio, Benjamin Chen, Director of Boyu Design Inc., Chun Chieh Chang, Creative Director of Sparkly Identity, Chi Mei Chang, Director of Optima Integrated Design, Martin Yang, Chairman of TdA, Chia Chi Hong, Manager of Design Department of China Motor Corporation, and KF Lim, Founder of Bilateral Studio.

The TISDC now enters its 15^th years. It is recognized by the design academy and industry from the globe to be one of the most renown and credible international competitions. Moreover, the competition strives to promote design education and facilitate communication between young designers. It is hoped that the TISDC will not only be a quality student design competition but a platform that makes young designers even more in tune with the industry.

In the event, professionals presented creative ideas and shared experiences, which resulted in sparks of inspirations. Young designers not only gained valuable suggestions but were also able to widen their horizon while design professionals stated that the event was indeed a rare opportunity. They encouraged students to always be ambitious and expect the students to have an inspiring future with infinite possibilities.
