If there are any repeated, shortlisted entries, one of them will be disqualified.

All the finalists must complete the 2nd stage of work submission before 16:00, September 19th, 2022 (Taipei Time: GMT+8:00).

 

Submission Date : September 13th 08:00am to September 19th 16:00pm (Taipei Time: GMT+8:00)

Instructions for 2nd stage of work submission:

A. Upload the electronic file(s) of the work:
Please upload the electronic file(s) of the work and clear high-quality half-length photo of each designer to the official website of 2022TISDC: www.tisdc.org/en 

 

B. Upload other required documents:

1. Upload a scanned file of student ID card or school enrollment certificate. For participants who just graduated this year, please upload a scanned file of your certificate of degree/diploma with month and year of graduation on it instead.

*Every designer should upload his/her own student ID card or school enrollment certificate.

 

2. Upload a scanned file of proof of date of birth (e.g. Passport/ Driver’s License/Identity Certificate) 

*Every designer should upload his/her own proof of date of birth.

*If the designer could not provide any of the documents mentioned above before the due date of 2nd stage of work submission, he/she will be regarded as abandoning his/her qualification for being the finalist.

 

3. Upload a scanned file of signed affidavit (click here). Please download the affidavit, fill out the form, and upload the scanned file of signed affidavit (PNG/JPG format). 
*All the designers should sign on the affidavit, electronic signatures are allowed. Each entry only needs one affidavit.

 

Important Notes:

1. An overdue submission will be regarded as the abandonment of the participant’s qualification for being the finalist.

2. Please use your registered email address and password to log into the official website of TISDC to upload files.

3. If the submitted work is involved in plagiarism or infringement of copyrights or other laws or is proven to be unoriginal design, or to have fraudulently copied ideas from other person’s work, the organizer of TISDC shall have the rights to disqualify the participant from participating in the competition.

4. During the processes of final selection, award ceremony, exhibition and portfolio editing, we may contact you through emails or phone calls. Your patience and kind cooperation will be highly appreciated. Thank you for your participation in this year’s competition and congratulations to all the finalists again!!
