All the finalists must complete the 2nd stage of work submission before October 9, 2018, 17:00 (Taipei: GMT +8).

Instructions for Final Selection Work Submission:

A. Mail printout(s): Please submit at most 3 printouts on A2 size (Portrait Format: L59.4cm×W42cm or Landscape Format: L42cm×W59.4cm). The printout(s) need(s) NOT be mounted on cardboards/paperboards. Please download the entry information sheet and fill out the forms. The hard copy of the entry information sheet should be pasted in the lower right corner at the back of your printout(s.) Every printout should be pasted with one entry information sheet.

B. Upload the electronic file of the work: Please upload the electronic file of the work and clear high-quality half-length photos of all the designers of the work to 2018 TISDC official website: www.tisdc.org 

 

C. Upload & Mail other important documents:

1. Upload a scanned file of student ID card or school enrollment certificate (Every designer should upload his/her own student ID card or school enrollment certificate.)

2. Upload a scanned file of the proof of date of birth (e.g. Passport/ Driver’s License/Identity Certificate) (Every designer should upload his/her own proof of date of birth.)

*If the designer could not provide any of the documents mentioned above, he/she will be regarded as abandoning his/her qualification for being the finalist.

3. Upload a scanned file of signed affidavit. Please download the affidavit, fill out the form, and upload the scanned file of signed affidavit (PNG/JPG format). (All the designers should sign on the affidavit so only one copy of the affidavit is needed for each entry.) Please also send the original signed affidavit to TISDC with your printout(s).

 

Important Notes:

1. As for the starting time to submit the work online for final selection, please pay attention to the announcement made on the official website of 2018 TISDC. An overdue submission will be regarded as the abandonment of the participant’s qualification for being the finalist.
2. Please use your registered email address and password to log into the official website of TISDC to download/upload files.
3. If the submitted work is involved in plagiarism or infringement of copyrights or other laws or is proven to be unoriginal design, or to have fraudulently copied ideas from other person’s work, the organizer of TISDC shall have the rights to disqualify the participant from participating in the competition.
